By creating an account or using Talroot in any way, you agree to these terms. If you're creating an account on behalf of a company or institute, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
Talroot has three account types: Company, Institute, and Candidate. Company and Institute accounts are reviewed manually before they can post or respond to anything — creating one doesn't guarantee approval. Candidate accounts are active immediately, either by signing up directly or being added by an institute.
Every form that adds or edits a candidate's details requires an explicit confirmation that the information is accurate. Responsibility for that accuracy rests with whoever entered it — the institute, if they set it, or the candidate, if they set it themselves — not with Talroot. We record who confirmed what and when, but we don't independently verify academic records, work history, or any other detail submitted to the platform.
Talroot connects companies, institutes, and candidates — it doesn't guarantee a placement, a hire, or any particular outcome from using the platform.
Don't use Talroot to post fraudulent listings, misrepresent who you are, harass another user, attempt to bypass the contact-masking on messages before an offer is accepted, or scrape or bulk-extract data from the platform.
We can reject a Company or Institute account during review, or suspend any account found violating these terms. You can stop using Talroot at any time; to have your account and data removed, see our Privacy Policy.
Talroot is provided as-is. We're not liable for hiring decisions made using information on the platform, for the accuracy of information submitted by other users, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
